Customer service is available Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm Pacific Time. Orders can be placed online, by phone, faxed or mailed.

Order Processing

Please allow 1 to 2 business days to process an order. If an order is placed on Friday, it will not be processed until the following Monday.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to addresses in Washington state.

Payment Options

We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and American Express. When using a credit card "Helix BioMedix" is the name that will appear on your statement.

We also accept checks made payable to Helix BioMedix and money orders (US funds only) which can be mailed with a printed order form to:

Returned checks for insufficient funds will be charged a $25 fee.

Shipping Information

All packages are shipped via standard ground shipping, unless customer requests and pays for expedited shipping. We cannot ship ground to P.O. Boxes and will instead use priority mail via the U.S. Post Office.

Orders that are over $75 will qualify for free standard shipping. All orders under $75 will be charged $6.95 for standard shipping. Please contact Customer Service directly in order to expedite shipping.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Canceling an Order

If you decide to cancel your order, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible at 425-686-1017 or via email at customerservice@helixbiomedix.com. We will make every effort to accommodate you, but if an order has already been processed, you will need to go through the return process.

Return Policy

"Striking Guarantee." If you are not satisfied with your product we will issue a refund for the product(s) ordered. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

Please contact Customer Service immediately if you received damaged product in your order. Please do not discard damaged packaging or product as these must be returned to our facility for processing. Claims for shortages must be made within 5 days of receipt of the product.

Product must be returned by contacting Customer Service within 30 days of placing your order. Customer Service will provide a RGA number to write on the package before returning it. Once the product is returned to the Striking Skin Care address, your refund will be processed for the amount of your initial product order excluding shipping.

Promotional Codes

From time to time we will offer promotions that will use a code at the time of checkout. These codes do expire at a certain time and will not be honored after expiration date occurs.
